How to Make Coconut Ice Cream
Ingredients
1:250ml full-fat milk (boiled/raw)
2: 1 bowl of coconut water
3: 1 bowl coconut cream (fresh coconut)
4: sugar 1/2 cup
5: 1 tbsp cornflour
6: 1 cup fresh cream
Instruction
1. Here we have to take a pan, put some milk in it pour the rest of the milk in the pan, and boil it for 10 minutes.
2. The milk has boiled, now add sugar to it. You can add sugar as per your taste, I have taken 1/2 sugar.
After adding sugar, boil the milk for 2 more minutes.
3: Now add cornstarch to the remaining milk and mix it. Add the milk with cornstarch. Keep stirring it a little because when the milk thickens, it starts sticking to the bottom.
The milk has boiled well, now we have to turn off the gas and leave it to cool.
4: Now we have got thick coconut cream, we will cut it into small pieces and put it in the mixer jar and we will add coconut water to it, this will give the same flavor, which even if we do not add essence, it will still taste very good.
5: We don’t have to make a complete paste of this coconut cream. We have to pulse it little by little and grind it. What will happen with this is that the small pieces of coconut cream will come into our mouth while eating the ice cream, and then we will realize which ice cream we are eating.
6: Now we have to take cream, you can take any kind of cream. Whip cream, fresh cream, or homemade fresh cream. Here I am making homemade fresh cream. You can beat it with a whisk or a mixer. Remember that you have to beat it lightly and not too much.
7: Now pour the cooled milk into this cream. Mix it once with this also.
8: Now we will mix coconut cream in it as well. All these have to be mixed well once so that the taste of all the ingredients is present in the ice cream. You can check the sweetness, you can add sugar as per your taste.
9. Now put it in any bowl in which you want to store it. You do not have to take it out again and again and grind it.
10: Now cover it with anything. Wrap the filling with silver foil and keep it in the freezer for freezing.
It can take 10 hours or 8 hours to set, depending on the temperature, or you can keep it overnight.
11: Whenever you take out the ice cream, take it out 5 minutes before serving it.
